    Hello!!
    My sister (30 y/o) has her wedding in a couple of days and she’s tremendously stressed ;-;

    She loves to read, and asked me to get her a book to help her unwind.
    Essentially a very good STORYbook, that’s around 300-400 pages.

    I think she meant an adventure book, something easy to read.
    She recently bought Around the World in 80 Days and is enjoying it.

    Could you please suggest a book that meets the criteria?

    TL;DR
    Please suggest a really good adventure book (standalone) that’s easy to read, is not over 400 pages!

    Thanks so much!!

      My favorite book this time I’ve year that I’m re-reading now is David Baldacci’s “The Christmas Train” – easy romance with a mix of adventure and excitement and tons of fun Easter eggs for an avid reader. Easy and fun read that’s in season and where love triumphs 😊

      Or have her read or re-read her favorite LOTR or the C.S. Lewis Narnia Collection (Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe Etc.) or in that same vein, Harry Potter. I often find that a familiar favorite that draws me in without requiring my full attention to comprehend suits me well in times of stress or anxiousness ❤️

      Congratulations to her and her soon to be hubby 🥰

    2. For a story filled with intrigue and high seas drama, ‘Treasure Island’ by Robert Louis Stevenson is my go-to recommendation. It’s the quintessential pirate adventure, complete with treasure maps, swashbuckling action, and unforgettable characters like Long John Silver.
