I share an audible account with my mom and I try very hard not to use the credits.
Y’all got any suggestions that don’t cost credits.
Preferred genres: Horror/Thriller/Suspense, True Crime, Contemporary literature, literary Fiction, Classics, anything on one of the major celebrity book clubs (trying to read through them 😅), dystopian societies, and paranormal.
Level of reading — this I don’t mind as much. I like Middle Grade and General content best, but if they are classics and/or literature, I don’t mind Young Adult or Juvenile. UA is just not my favorite.
Least favorite genres: Romance, Fantasy, and anything with too much smut.
Thank you in advance!

From the UK Audible selection, the first 4 *Murderbot Diaries* are on there. They’re short and really enjoyable. It’s sci-fi, so I’m not sure they’ll make your list but definitely worth a suggestion.
Last time I checked, *The Postman* was there. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, you might enjoy it if you enjoy Dystopia. Similarly, *Brave New World* is there.
*The Secret Garden* is available too. It’s a classic that I love.
From a horror point of view, both *The Woman in Black* and *Jaws* are available.
Finally, to go for a true classic, Thandie Newton reading *War and Piece* is great.
I hope something there is available in your region and tickles your fancy.
