Hello! My mother is a fan of thrillers in general and her favourite author is sthephen king, so if you guys could suggest something along these lines I’d be very grateful, wanted to gist a book to her for christmas, but sadly I’m not that into reading so I can’t suggest something myself.

The Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones
I always suggest this: The Passage by Justin Cronin.
Has she read anything by his sons? Joe Hill writes great Kingesque horror, like NOS4A2.
Owen King is actually a wonderful writer in terms of his prose, and his book The Curator is less horror, more fantasy with a dark edge.
if she’s okay with a bit of raunch The Wives by Taryn Fisher is an amazing thriller!
The Charlie Parker books series by John Connolly are wonderful and I am jealous of someone starting off on the first book.
The Shadow Over Innsmouth by HP Lovecraft. Very cool story as are all of his writings. Not very long but an interesting and suspenseful story with a twist. I’d recommend all of his stories as under the suspense/horror genre.
