I’m trying to find a new book to read but I don’t know what type of book I’m looking for. I want to read something that will help me grow as a person. I was diagnosed with depression which I believe was caused because I don’t have my life in order- friends, relationships, social skills, job, etc… Anything that would improve or target these facets of my life would be great. I have read:
1. Atomic Habits
2. You Are Not Your Brain by Jeffrey M. Schwartz
I really enjoyed and found both of these helpful. I tried reading a philosophy book and it was not in my realm of interest at the moment.

Martin Seligman “Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-Being”. Full disclosure-I havent read it yet but the author is a top expert in the area.
