Recently read Paul Auster’s New York Trilogy, which is oozing with details about Manhattan like local flavor, street names, etc. Now looking for something set in Los Angeles. Prefer realistic fiction but anything that is flavorful and thought-provoking with rich writing will do!
Bonus points if it’s set in winter/ at Christmas.
