Hey, just found about this wonderful corner of Reddit. I’m looking to read some really quality engaging books. Something that when you stop you really can’t put down. Not fussed about theme or category as long as it’s damn exciting and not too artsy fartsy or high flying.
My taste is that of an uncultured swine, mostly war, fantasy and scifi, coming together in the wonderful world of Warhammer / Black Library. I’ll absolutely take anything in that context, but very open to anything outside of my usual type!

Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series is a delight, and it’s fantasy. Personally I’d suggest starting with Small Gods or Going Postal to see if you like it.
