Yes I’m a sucker for vampire stories but what put this book aside from the other vampire stories I read thet it was set in a post apocalyptic landscape ravaged by rabid monsters (lets call it a dark dystopia) and the fact thet the main character at the beginning of the story is still human then gets turned into a vampire.
I know I didn’t give to much specifics so here are a few things I consider a plus. If the main character is female, the story plays in a dystopian setting (said above), if ether the male led or the female counterpart isn’t human, and if there is some tipe of segregation between the two species.
And this brings me to my last point the story don’t have to be a vampire story. I know I know hear me out since I gave a handful of specifics here is someting to make your work easier: if you know a story simular but with not vampires but with a another species I’m all ears.
