My ADHD brain means that I won’t start reading a series until it’s completed otherwise I’ll forget everything, and with Fantasy having a lot of series, and it being my main genre, that is a problem. There are so many I want to eventually read!
Do you have a technique for series you have started, but not all books have been released?
How do you remember to check if a new book is out?
Are there any sites where you can “follow” a series and get notifications? Doesn’t look like Amazon, Kobo, or Goodreads have such a thing…

I generally check my favorite author’s websites once a month to see if they have announced anything. However, I will still often be surprised. It was easier back in the 00s because if you only bought mass market paperbacks they often announced the next book in the series at the end.
Normally? Just wait until I see the new books on store shelves, or for Amazon to recommend the book to me.
I really should setup a spreadsheet or something because of how many series I’m reading.
