I wrote my dissertation on the Wordsworths, and I discovered the depth of my love for romantic poetry. Any suggestions for non-fiction books about the romantic movement? Specifically literature focussed.
I’m most interested in poets & their lives & careers. Percy Shelley / John Clare maybe??

Richard Holmes has written a few biographies of Romantic poets (Shelley: The Pursuit, Coleridge: Early Visions, and Coleridge: Darker Reflections).
For an overview of the subject, I liked The Roots of Romanticism by Isaiah Berlin.
