Dad-daughter detective novel

This is hyper specific but I’m looking for a book to give my dad for Christmas. He loves the kind of books that most dads love- detective novels, John Grisham, etc. He’s also extremely (and adorably) sentimental. I’d love to find him a book that fits his interests but has a good dad and daughter relationship. It’d be so fun if I could get him a novel where a woman and her father solve a crime together or something like that.

Any book/author suggestions are welcome, even if it falls slightly outside of his preferred genre.
