Hi All, I’m looking for a book that talks about the struggle that so many moms inevitably seem to face when they have kids. My kids are 5. I’m struggling to remember “me” and I’m scared I’ll never feel like my own person again. I know I’m not alone in these feelings and fears and was hoping maybe someone has read a book that helped them with processing these feelings.
