So I recently was discussing with my boyfriend and he said that in middle school and high school he was in special education classes , he said that he has difficulty reading and just learned things slower .this made me sad for him as reading is a fun thing to do ..and I sure it can be hard
So he will ask me to read to him and I encourage him to try and read a paragraph and he tries but then
Gives up ..
are there any book suggestions that would be entertaining and an easier read for an adult who has reading difficulties.. that way we can read them together and go back and forth .. but still interesting , children’s books are ok too , I want to get him a handful of books .. I was thinking secret garden and are you my mother ? With the little bird cause I love these , even green eggs and ham 🙂 and other reading levels too
