Perhaps with adults. I prefer a female MC. I’m open to any suggestion because I literally have no idea where to start. I’m just curious what’s out there about vampires, (aside from vampire diaries, vampire academy, and Carmilla). LGBT themes are welcome, as well as other supernatural themes.

what did you like specifically about Twilight? Just that there are vampires in it?
Following! I loved Twilight when I read it in 9th grade so something more adulty would be awesome.
The Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton (books 1-6 had the original vampire/werewolf love triangle going on, action, interesting world building)
for a good vampire book but with male protagonist empire of the vampire is pretty good not like twilight but nice

A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness – It
has witches but also vampires. When I read it, it really reminded me of Twilight. It also has a TV series and Teresa Palmer looks a lot like Kristen Stewart imo.
If you liked Twilight maybe try ‘the host’ by the same author.
It’s her best work, for sure.
