A family member of mine recentlyefr rehab for the second time for their alcoholism. They’re living in a sober living house now. I know they tend to get depressed in the winter months and I’d like to get them a good book for Christmas. They like reading and seem to read a lot of self help (though I’d like to avoid that genre) and memoirs. Something maybe that might make them feel hopeful or inspired.
