I don’t know why it’s so hard to find M/M vampire/werewolf books, I swear I’ve been looking for ages. I don’t like to read erotic romance books or YA books, but most vampire/werewolf books that I’ve come across fall into these categories.
Some examples of what I’m looking for:
\- Interview with the Vampire (or any Anne Rice novel)
\- Heart of Stone
\- Carmilla (this is F/F, but it has the mature tone that I like)
\- Let the Right One In ( Not really M/M since Eli presents as a girl, though they are actually a castrated boy. Novel doesn’t clarify if they are transgender or something like that, though).
Basically, any M/M vampire/werewolf novel that has mature themes but is not too erotic. I don’t mind some sex scenes, but I don’t want it to be the whole focus of the story. My preference is literary fiction. Does anyone have any suggestions?
