My heart is ripped, chewed on like a dog toy! I’m ugly crying my heart out. Toby, Baily, Ellie, Buddy. They’re a good dog! The best dog. They deserve the best of head pats.
I honestly like that the movie didn’t completely followed the book. The book felt like a whole new experience and cried hard when Ethan fucking died in the book. They’re finally together and life just rip the boy from him.
I need to lay down.
I also liked that in the book. Each life has some kind of connections and lessons to serve his purpose in the next life, and ultimately Buddy using all those lessons to make Ethan happy and content.
The FLIP! I did NOT expect him to hate the flip like that comparing it with the movie. But damn it made me cry AGAIN when buddy brought it to Ethan on his last breath.
