Hi, I read the Hobbit and Robinson Crusoe recently. These two separately really helped me with my will to live, sense of purpose and belief that consistent hard work pays off in the end. I’ve been struggling in life lately, if you can’t tell.

Could anyone recommend other books that are similar and may leave me with that same feeling?

    Thank you so much.

“Man’s Search for Meaning” by Victor Frankl. Not quite similar to “The Hobbit” or “Robinsoe Crusoe” but it’s a great exploration of how to find meaning in a hard world, and I think it demonstrates how dedication to one’s work through tough times can benefit oneself and humanity.
