I can’t think of any that I’ve ever heard of or read. What are the best Science Fiction meets Fantasy novels? Think of if Tolkien also wrote Star Wars. Where sure, dragons exist, and so does magic, but we also have electricity and spaceships that can travel the universe.
Honestly Star Wars is the closest thing to it I can think of, there’s wizards in space there haha.

To Shape A Dragon’s Breath, by Moniquill Blackgoose. Dragons, magic, but make it steampunky and norse god-y, all while dealing with racism, colonization, and social identities. Only criteria it doesn’t meet for your post is the space ship… But I’m not entirely convinced that the dragons don’t alter time. Seriously, one of the best books out of the nearly 200 I’ve read this year.
[Lord of Light](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13821.Lord_of_Light) is a science-fantasy work inspired by Indian myths and epics.
Lots of Urban Fantasy does this. My favorite is the Nightside, by Green.
The Blue Adept – Piers Anthony. The basic plot is a planet Proton/Phaze that has a mirrored version of itself one is hard sci-fi the other fantasy. The MC can travel between the two versions. Good read and 3 books in the series.
