I’m looking for a book reminiscent of “We were the Mulvaneys” by Joyce Carol Oates, or “Descent” by Tim Johnston, or “I know this much is True” by Wally Lamb. I enjoy literary style books, like Wallace Stegner or Paul Harding, but I don’t want to sacrifice plot: I enjoy a book that will keep me on the edge of my seat.
