When I was in high school I read a lot of fiction books and found it easy to find new things to read having a library I went to often in our school and English teachers to recommend books. Now I’m in college and all I read are physics and calculus textbooks and I want to get back into reading some fiction pieces. When I was in high school some of my favorite series where Micheal Vay and scythe. Looking for some recommendations for good adult fiction books similar to those.

Sounds like you liked a lot of fast-paced (fantasy?) books. [[The fifth season]] by NK Jemison is really good. If you want something a bit more digestible though slower-paced, then Vicious by VE Shwab is also a good start! These are both fantasy, and I think they might be YA but don’t quote me on that.
