I was guessing it was related to the reason why Peter was the only one not to have Babcock’s dream during their time at the Haven. I was waiting for it to mean something but Peter seems to have nothing particularity special about him. Did I miss something? Or is this just a dropped plot point because Justin could not make whatever he had in mind work?!<
