Recently I have started reading novels. I read “The Silent Patient” and “The Whisper Man” I loved them both. What should I pick next.
I am trying to get into a habit of reading. I am giving up on movies and series and want to stick to books from now on. I really loved reading The Silent Patient and The Whisper Man would love to know what should i pick next.

*The Wife Between Us* by Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen reminds me of *The Silent Patient* in that you’re constantly trying to figure out the true story behind some characters and the narrators feel a little off.
*Sisters of the Lost Nation* by Nick Medina has more of a horror slant to it like *The Whisper Man* and deals with mysterious disappearances in a small town.
And if it hasn’t been ruined for you already, *Gone Girl* by Gillian Flynn has one of the best twists I’ve ever read.

I Let You Go by Clare Mackintosh. The pace is a little slow but it’s a really good mystery thriller.
Before I Go To Sleep by SJ Watson. Just a classic psychological thriller.
The Night Swim by Megan Goldin. Intense subject matter but a really good book.
The Push by Ashley Audrain. More of a dark literary book but really suspenseful.

I second The Housemaid!
Also None of this is true by Lisa Jewels!

The Quiet Tenant by Clémence Michallon was one I enjoyed. It’s told from the perspective of women involved in the life of a male serial killer (victims, relatives, partners, etc).
