I’ve been trying to learn more about the conflict but I would love to read a book that discusses more of the history in depth. Ideally historical fiction but nonfiction is ok too!
some examples I’ve liked in the past are Homegoing, which takes you through the history of slavery in Ghana and the gold coast, and The Island of Sea Women, which discusses a ton of history about the island of Jeju, the contributions of its women, and the atrocities its citizens faced. Both incredibly enjoyable books but I also learned a ton from them. Are there any like that about Palestine and Israel?
