Hi This year some of my favorite books have been the Immortalists by Chloe Benjamin, the Measure by Nikki Erick and The Moth Presents All These Wonders.
I’m definitely feeling an existential theme (but not too heavy) about faith, fate, love, and letting go of the control.
Any other books out there like this? I have the Moth Presents Occasional Magic and The Moth Presents A Point of Beauty on my To Read list (and secretly hoping someone gifts me the order/preorder for Christmas). I’m currently reading Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus
Note: I read Man’s Search For Meaning in grad school

I’d suggest “flowers for algernon”. I read it recently and the existential dread is real with this one.
also taking notes on the names of books with existential themes here lol
You should totally read Mockingbird by Kathryn Erskine.
