Infinite Jest has taken a lot of effort and I would like something lighter, physically and content-wise, to accompany me through. I know…it’s a tad ironic.
Maybe something goofy or simple. Like as comedic relief (not that IJ isn’t plenty comedic). I still like thought provoking books but maybe one that doesn’t put the reader through a brain aneurism.

Piranesi by Susana Clark is like reading a dream. If you want plain language, go back to Vonnegut or Bradberry.
