Not only are these books beautifully written and captivating, they’re fucked up and depraved. I don’t think I can remember a more toxic relationship between two characters.
I’m heartbroken and sad that this is all Ezra Blake has written. I need them to write more because these books were truly a fucking dream.
I know there are plenty of fucked up books to go around, but I’d like something similar in terms of writing style, preferably homoerotic as well.

I have not read Claustrophilia/Psychostasis, but [here’s a recent post asking about unhealthy relationships](https://www.reddit.com/r/suggestmeabook/comments/17mjyej/books_about_weird_relationships/). As far as depraved, toxic relationships, this is what I would recommend.
* Manhunt by Gretchen Felker-Martin. Incredibly queer, but be warned this book includes slurs, graphic sex and gore, and scenes of rape.
* The Stars Are Legion by Kameron Hurley. Lesbian horror space opera.
* Comfort Me With Apples by Catherynne M. Valente. Heterosexual. This is a novella so it’s a nice, quick read.
* The Echo Wife by Sarah Gailey. Also heterosexual. The main character’s parents had a bad relationship, and she has a bad relationship with her husband, who leaves her for another woman. The other woman and the husband have a third kind of bad relationship.
