I was hoping for a goood reccomendation for essays or non fiction writing/ philosophies on grief and loss? I’m finding it hard to function day to day due to the incredible loss of life I’m seeing from across the sea. I would like any form of means to deal with this raging sadness. Thank you soo much in advance <3

C.S. Lewis wrote a book while processing the loss of his wife called *A Grief Observed*. Haven’t read it, but it sounds like it may hit what you’re after.

    2. Joan Didion wrote 2 books on grief: My year of Magical Thinking and Blue Nights. She being a journalist, cites a lot of research and studies about grief which maybe you could explore. im sorry you are having a hard time.
