I honestly have no idea if this type of book exists, I just kinda randomly thought of this idea and how interesting it would be. Does anyone know a book where maybe;
2 “stories” are told at the same time by different povs, where one person belongs the “high borns” and live in luxury while the other pov focuses on the low born people – each just describing their life. Maybe even a meet up where they accidentally become friends.
But I guess what I really love and am looking for is the feelings of vengeance, resentment, anger in a book about elitism.
So far the closest thing I found to this was red rising – but I do have some issues with the story, just didn’t like the direction it was going, I guess just not enough vengeance.
Anyway just a résumé:
-topics of vengeance and resentment, anger
-a smart and competent mc
-would preferably like a male mc over female
-romance isn’t the priority, but I can tolerate
-themes of elitism/divided society
