Through the magic of the internet I came across several books and this was one. Ive only read snippets and summaries of it on Amazon and found it to be strikingly familiar. I cant tell whether its a fake book completely made up over the past few decades, which cant be true since Ingersoll Lockwood was a real person. He was also mainly famous for writing children’s novels.
Anyhow it was written a century ago and has been bugging me lately for how coincidental it is. Like I understand its unlikely to be anything but a coincidence but my god why is it basically an almanac? I feel like it needs more recognition based off of the characters and plots , an just how weirdly specific the author was about people.

Why dont you give me a synopsis in your own words?
The only coincidental thing is the name, Baron Trump. But it’s not Donald. All the populist stuff is pretty generic, it comes up in fiction all the time. Like actually all the time. Stephen King, the Simpsons writers, Octavia Butler, Neal Stephenson all wrote Donald Trump-esque president characters to the tee.
