I need help with choosing a book for a school project

Hiii so I have a assigemnt surrouding that we have to pick a book and then we have to write some essays about it blah blah blah the classic. Anyway, I kinda forgot we have to submit what we will read by tomorrow and I have no idea what to pick so I hope you guys could help me so yeah

Also it would be great if the book had a czech translation because I am czech but not too much needed hopefully

So a little bit about me and books:
I am not really much of a reader, I definitelly prefer movies and serials but I do read time to time. My favourite book so far is "Love, Simon" (or how the name is english im not sure if its that or Simon Spiere against the homo-sapiens agenda I found both freaquently used). I love it mainly because of the simple but effective humor and how it is relatable. But, all honesty, it would be better if the MC wasnt gay because my class is pretty "anti-gay". But of course I could try and not mention anything regarding gayness.
My second favourite book is sadly not a book with too much story and that being "What if" by Randall Munroe. I honestly just some that type of nerdy stuff like that book.

Some cinematic stuff I like
I really really like Vinland Saga but in the english dub. Yes, I know boo me for prefering the dubbed version. But, once again I love how it mixes drama with some humor in it.
My close second favourite show Ive ever watched is Ted Lasso. It is just, good. I have no idea what to say about that one I am sooooo sorryyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Sadly, this is all I could come up with what to say. Nothing else really comes to mind. Also I dont mind looking through more suggestions than one so if you wanna say as many books as you want go for it.
