At my workplace, we have the opportunity to order 10 books for free every year, as long as they're non-fiction and related to personal development, finance, psychology, health, or science/technology. Last year, I ordered the following books, just to give you an idea of what I’ve been reading:
Atomic Habits
The Psychology of Money
The Intelligent Investor
Thinking, Fast and Slow
Same as Ever
7 Habits of Highly Effective People
Letters from a Stoic
Deep Work
Principles for Navigating Big Debt Crises
Principles
This year, I'm not really interested in more financial or investing books — I feel like I have enough of those for now. I’m more focused on books that could help with mental health, particularly around managing anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling with feelings of "not doing enough."
I’d also love to find something that addresses the struggle of balancing life with technology. I often feel like I waste too much time online, but living fully offline isn't really an option in today’s world.
Does anyone have recommendations for books that dive into mental health or how to find a healthy relationship with technology? Thanks in advance!
