Hi there. I'm by far not the first one feeling that learning about ancient history feels like hearing lore of a fantasy world (or rather the other way around). Now, are there good books that lean into that? Books that narrate a history like fantasy?
The best thing I could ask for is a comprehensive history of the bronze age written like The Silmarillion but I'm happy about any suggestions. 🙂
(English is good but if there happen to be a German one, even better.)
