Trying to manage a business and young family. And over this last year a horrible situation has arisen within my wider family. It dominates every day, I can’t walk away from it and almost entirely responsible to manage it. It also in all likelyhood won’t get any better or easier in the coming years.
My goals and aspirations have now had to be put on the back burner. But I’m wanting accept the chaos, handle it (as I can’t walk away and have to remain involved) and still meet my goals in life and enjoy family time, take pride in work and look to improve.
Any book recommendations for dealing with content chaos, unpredictability and hardship that won’t go away, take mental strength, compartmentalise the hardship and still thrive in life.
Thank you
