For me, it was Matrescence by Lucy Jones, Invisible Women by Caroline Perez, Mating in Captivity and State of Affairs by Esther Perel. I highlighted entire paragraphs as I red, raved about the author to friends, and each of these briefly became my entire personality. I'd love to hear what books did this for the rest of you – not least because I'm fully aware that these resonated with me because they are relevant to me, and I want to broaden my non-fiction repertoire.
