Hi!
I’d love some suggestion on what to read!
What I loved in the past are:
- engrossing books that you need to finish once started – for me Musso or Dan Brown books work like that
- I like science fiction and space related theme and fantasy (loved Project Hail Mary, Hunger Games, Harry Potter, Narnia, GoT, Witcher)
- contemporary fiction (loved Man named Otto, Anxious people, Yellow face, Breakfast at Tiffany, Malibu rising)
- science books that are easy to digest, especially around biology (Sapiens, pleased to meet me)
- I don’t mind guilty pleasure books like twilight or Bridget jones but I don’t like Emily Henry
I don’t like books that are overly sad, brutal, hopeless, etc. I’d rather read cozy book with happy ending.
Thanks all!

Science book:
The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot. Science and social history in a compelling story
You don’t like sad books but liked Man called Otto?
A fellow Musso fan? I’m halfway through Angelique at the moment and am enjoying that. I have quelqu’un d’autre on the TBR too.
Check out Mary Roach’s work for the science book category.
You might like Scandinavian thriller writers like Jo Nesbo and the (late) Stieg Larsson.
