I have had ADHD since a child but managed to get by until college. Lack of structure and excessive free time led to abysmal grades. Parents got me medicated and I was back on track ears, medicated in college 15 years ago. I’m now learning how many other areas of life it impacts as an adult. I thought it was a character flaw
Does anyone have any good reads that will help me learn about adult ADHD, how to combat it, how to implement strategies to overcome it, and most importantly, be consistent in my daily life and work towards goals?
