I thoroughly enjoyed its themes, the complexities of life, existentialism and eroticism – been trying to find a modern version that is as thoughtful with its narrative. Searching online produces a sea of romance novels, more than anything else. Hard to cut through the clutter. I’m not opposed to a romance novel, I suppose, so long as it has a thoughtful story.
Most recently I read All Fours, loved the first part of the book. But wanted more from the second half. Any and all recommendations would be so helpful.
