Incredible suggestion from this sub… I'd never heard of Stoner before reading about it here. Downloaded a sample on Kindle on a whim and was up until 3am finishing it. What quiet, reserved utterly heartbreaking prose. I was completely engrossed and could not put it down. Also, his wife…. Ughhhhh!
Any suggestions on where I go from here? Still emotionally recovering from this book and left wanting more!
