    Hello everyone,

after Han Kang won the Nobel Literature Prize literally every book that's written by Han Kang has been sold out here, and especially with Human Acts I don't expect the book to be in stock for months.

I've always been interested in authoritarian/dictatorship societies and how people coped living in those times, and Argentine Juntas and/or Pol Pot as far as I know are one of the most brutal/violent regimes that is recent to people's memory.

South American and Southeast Asian histories are often overshadowed by European/American history when learning world history here, and I'd like to learn more about it.

Book that just retells the history in a linear fashion isn't something that I'm totally against but I'd like to hear more of people's individual stories and their experiences, akin to Human Acts. Emotional punches are more than welcome.

Since I don't speak Spanish or Cambodian it would be preferred that it has been translated into English.

    Many thanks in advance
