Books for managing people

I am looking for a book that will help me enrich my career on how I can better manage a team. How can I be open at the same time they will listen and respect decisions? How should I be on guard with people who can backstab me? I think there will be power struggle because I am a woman and so much younger than my peers that my skills will be questioned. I want to know how I can handle those situations.
