I'm looking for a mafia romance that's not purely smut and where the mafia part is actually well written and significant, not only used to make the character oh so bad, dominant and scary.
Give me resposibility, hierarchy etc, thinking characters and not doing whatever they feel like, without giving a flying shit about the whole organization. I'd say give me realism but I think that might be too much to ask for.
Now that I think about it doesn't have to be a romance novel per se, but I'd like a solid chunk of it.
Honestly, I doubt something like this even exists, but why not ask?
