Are there any books that show the behind-the-scenes of music touring, unfiltered? Or even artist bios/autobios that heavily feature touring? I'm writing something about a band's tour and want to do some research about what it's really like behind the scenes of a tour, particularly with a band (conflicts that arise and the like). A lot of music documentaries and books feel pretty sanitized and feel like extra promotion/PR for the artist, so maybe something by a roadie or tour manager or something. Or the artist themselves, just something that feels honest.
