I read the book "Packing for Mars" by Mary Roach and was completely hooked on her style. It was well-researched and very educational on the particular topic, but also fascinating and so funny. Her humor, wit, and writing style was something I couldn't get enough of.
So I just wrapped up reading her full catalog, because I just loved the combination of "educational" and "hilarious".
Anyone have any other books that are similar? In a related style, I have already read all of these as well:
- And Then You're Dead by Cody Cassidy
- Randall Munroe's full catalog
- Physics of Superheroes by James Kakalios
But I'd love any other recommendations similar to Mary Roach's stuff. Thanks!

**A Short History of Nearly Everything** *Bill Bryson*
A City on Mars by the Weinersmiths
Dark Banquet by Bill Schutt
Not heavy on the science, but very entertaining and informative in the style of Mary Roach is this book: ***Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs? And Other Questions About Dead Bodies*** by Caitlin Doughty
A classic that still makes me laugh:
The Decline and Fall of Practically Everybody by Will Cuppy.
