Suggest me a book with a particular protagonist.

So, I love Elden Ring and the Souls Like, but I also love Tolkien, Le Guin, Lord Dunsany and Sapkowski.

I wish for, alternatively:

a high/dark/epic fantasy book that features a protagonist akin to the character of Melina from Elden Ring, with a rich world building and a strong imaginative prose.

OR!

a high/dark/epic/gothic fantasy book that features a protagonist akin to the character of Lady Maria from Bloodborne. As above, vivid prose and rich world building.

Things I'd like to avoid are: Bakker's and Sanderson's like fantasy stories (one for the violence the other for the hard magic systems), romances too prevalent that may take away protagonist's agency.
