I needed a new chapter in my life (haha) and decided to read silent patient. Was such a good read. Anyone have any more recommendations that are a little bit mysterious or maybe something a little bit crimey.
Bro, I am sorry to burst your bubble but The Silent Patient is such a bad book. I legit made a post about it like a month ago. It’s probably the fact that you haven’t read anything in a decade so it’s best by default. Read something like Shutter Island or anything by Agatha Christie and come back to this post lol

If you loved *The Silent Patient* and are looking for something with a bit of mystery and romance, I’d suggest checking out the *Mer Chronicles* trilogy by Errin Stevens. It’s got a supernatural twist with sirens and a mysterious family, and the 3-book set (*Updrift, Breakwater & Outrush*) will keep you hooked with plenty of adventure and intrigue. Definitely worth a read if you’re into a mix of fantasy and crime!

Try and then there were none by Agatha Christie. Good Lord that book gave me the creeps, but it’s so good!
