Hi,
As a 30 something year old i have no idea about saving money or finance management. I really need help as i am a massive spender and am finding myself in a tight spot atm money wise. Which is a shame because i should be able to save as a single person unit.
Any advice would be helpful. Books/any other resources 🙏

The psychology of money, could be a good one. A really good read with stories to illustrate various points.
