    I just finished Piranesi and realized what I loved so much about it was the feeling of going in blind and having to piece together what was going on through the clues the book provided. I also loved Project Hail Mary and Hyperion for this reason. Are there any other great books that pull off this strategy well? I tend to gravitate towards sci fi but open to other genres as well.

    1. I found ‘Daughters of Night’ by Laura Shepherd-Robinson like this – I was constantly guessing and made some very wrong guesses! It was a good book

      The Sound and the Fury by Faulkner is kind of like this. 3 characters as far as I remember, starting with a severely mentally disabled man who’s narration jumps time periods constantly with little or no distinction
