Recently was promoted, but I struggle with a lot of anxiety, but mainly work related anxiety. It’s hard for me to be the biggest voice in the room and to speak up. Realizing everyone is looking at me and then also having to say something valuable. I have a week off and want to try to use the time to read something encouraging.
