I'm looking to improve my understanding of matcha since I'm a fan of the lattes and the usucha. There's just so much terminology going on like the variety, the type of harvest. I'm a fan of both colorful books (DK's The Science of Cooking, for example) but I'm also okay with just the regular paperback recommendations — so long as it talks about matcha in depth.
I'm tired of having to rely on tiktok or IG or matcha shop websites to learn about the differences, it screws with my ADHD.
