recently i keep starting books and dropping them midway. not really sure why either.
i usually read fantasy and just started LITRPG category but i dont know why after a while i just get kind of bored and cant seem to want to continue.
i need something fresh or unique cause i keep seeing the same repetition and plot point/plot twist coming from a mile away.
some books i read recently:
the dragon hearth series
The primal hunter series (up to book 6)
The silvan saga (dropped it at book 3)
The dragon spire Chronicle
The nevernight trilogy (loved it )
The invisible library (loved it till last book but had to force myself to finish it )
The kane chronicle series (finally managed to finish it but seem kinda lacking compared to precy jackson)
and just now wanted to start reading the licanius trilogy but afraid i will drop it midway too

It sounds like you are:
1. Bored of fantasy.
2. Probably in need of books that challenge you a bit more.
What do you think would best fit your needs right now: recommendations of more fantasy; recommendations of something other than fantasy; a mix of both?
Try Red Rising if want something fast-paced that stab you in gut and twist it. Picks up really fast after the 1st book.
I got knocked out of a reading slump a few years ago with *The Once and Future Witches* by Alix E. Harrow. It’s not high fantasy, but there are magical elements. Very different than anything else on your list.
Try the Drizzt origin trilogy by Salvatore. First one is Homeland. I read it in about one sitting.
I’d also suggest Noami Novik’s Scholomance trilogy.

I would recommend sci-fi/fantasy. I am having the same issue and I’m reading a book called “the lives of Tao” which is really good and helpful right now
Fantasy:
* **Senlin Ascends** by Bancroft
* **Strange the Dreamer** by Taylor
Sc-fi:
* **Children of Time** by Tchaikovsky
* **Star Maker** by Stapledon
